Program description: By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to texts — on our website form, in our credit application, or during a phone conversation — you agree to receive text messages from tradewind, including but not limited to messages about your funding request, application status, document requests, appointment reminders, related business funding options, and promotional and marketing messages about financing and related services, including recurring messages and drip campaigns. Opt-in: You opt in by entering your mobile number on a tradewind website form and checking the SMS consent checkbox, which is optional and not checked by default, by signing our credit application authorizing contact by text, or by giving consent during a phone call. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit a funding request or to do business with us. You may contact us directly by phone or email instead. Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for SMS or MMS messages according to your wireless plan. Opt out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
