This applies to any transaction, document, or communication with tradewind, including credit applications, financing documents, and related communications, whether existing or future. Paper copies: You have the right to receive paper copies of any document we provide electronically. To request a paper copy, contact us at admin@tradewindcommercial.com or 808-294-8287. Any fee for paper copies, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of your request. Hardware and software: To access electronic records, you need internet access and a device and software capable of accessing, viewing, and retaining electronic documents. By consenting, you confirm you meet these requirements and can access and retain electronic records in the format we provide. Withdrawing consent: You may withdraw your consent to electronic records at any time by contacting us at admin@tradewindcommercial.com or 808-294-8287. Withdrawing consent will not affect the validity of documents already signed electronically, but may prevent us from completing an electronic transaction, and we may, at our discretion, require paper documents to proceed. Updating your information: You agree to update us promptly if your email address or other contact information changes, so we can continue to communicate with you electronically.
